If we are unable to fulfill an order and do not provide an appropriate replacement, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund for that item.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders affected by:

- Suspected fraud
- Unauthorized payment activity

- Shipping restrictions

7. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If an order is not received, please contact us so we can review the shipment and available tracking information.
Where the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit or where we otherwise determine that the order was not delivered, THEVRA may provide a replacement or refund, subject to verification and applicable law.
If tracking information states that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, you should promptly contact the shipping carrier and THEVRA so that the matter can be investigated.
Fraudulent claims regarding lost, missing, or undelivered orders may result in refusal of future service.
8. Products Damaged During Shipping
If a product arrives damaged as a result of shipping or carrier handling, please contact the shipping carrier promptly to report the damage and begin any applicable carrier claim.
We also recommend contacting THEVRA with:

- Photographs of the shipping package
- Photographs of the damaged product
- Any relevant carrier claim information
Responsibility for damage caused solely by the carrier may be subject to the carrier's claims procedures.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, replacement, warranty, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
9. Refunds and Returns

Refunds may be available when:

Due to the personal-use nature of skincare and cosmetic products, opened, used, or unsealed products generally may not be eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law.
Shipping charges, duties, customs fees, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Skincare ingredients can affect individuals differently.
